 Damaged or Incorrect Items

 •    In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

•    Customers are required to share clear photos and order details for verification.

•    If the issue is verified, we will offer an appropriate resolution such as a replacement (subject to availability) or store credit.
